Deni Tato, President
Deni Tato readily admits she is not your typical pinstripe suit kind of executive. As President of Conscious Dynamics, she infuses business savvy, innovative thinking, and a client – focused philosophy. She had a vision to build a company with style just as unique as her own and that vision is being realized through her work at Conscious Dynamics.
For 23 years, Deni was founder, CEO / President of Contract Interiors, Greater Cincinnati’s premier commercial furniture dealership. Her company has consistently been recognized as one of the largest woman – owned businesses in the region. While the most vital measure of a company’s success is its impressive list of satisfied and loyal clients, personal recognition from the business community doesn’t hurt. In 2007 CI was recognized as “Woman – Owned Business of the Year,” by the Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce. In 1998 Deni was chosen as Ernst and Young’s “Entrepreneur of the Year.” Her company has also been recognized repeatedly as one of the fastest growing businesses in the Greater Cincinnati area.
In addition to significant business accomplishment, Deni passionately serves the community, organizations, and special events with the same skill and energy she brings to the conference table. She blends her interest in the arts, education, and worthy causes.
Her recent responsibilities include positions on the Boards of Trustees for the Contemporary Arts Center, The Carnegie Visual and Performing Arts Center, Cincinnati Ballet, St. Ursula Academy and ProKids. Inspire Magazine touted her community spirit with the Volunteer of the Year recognition in 2006.
Deni’s proven business experience combined with her deep knowledge of the Enneagram and her adherence to Consciousness practices, allows her to conduct transformational coaching with power, precision and heart.
