Our Process
The Conscious Dynamics ProcessTM consists of two tiers.
The 1st Tier includes the examination and discovery of participants' Enneagram type, as well as an understanding of Emotional Intelligence and the Centers of Intelligence.
Through hands-on experiential activities, individuals will come to know their Enneagram types and how to bring out their best in the workplace and beyond.
Team members' skills will be expanded in the areas of:
- Communication
- Effective Feedback
- Conflict Resolution.
In the fast-paced world we live in, effective electronic communication skills are vital to success. The 1st Tier of the Conscious Dynamics ProcessTM will equip participants with tools to insure that their electronic communication is received as intended.
The 2nd Tier of the Conscious Dynamics ProcessTM is designed to provide ongoing support in the form of:
- Consulting
- Coaching for the team
- Coaching for leaders and team members
- On-boarding/transitioning of new hires with Employee Induction Modules
- Diversity training
